We are local builders with the support of a National Building Network. Our single storey house prices start at $119,600 up to a two storey price starting at $253,000. We can produce a custom design from scratch for just $900. If your block requires a council prelodge we will organise for one of our builders to meet with council on site for $350 which includes the prelodge. Our pricing for engineering and surveying on your site starts at $800. All initial fees come off your contract price. We have a sales and colour selection centre in our head office at Faulconbridge where you meet with our interior decorators and electrican to make sure you are happy with everything you select for your new home. We can build custom homes at project home rates due to the formidable buying power the Hotondo Homes group has. Come and view our two storey display home at Glenmore Ridge or our single split level home in Lithgow. Homes are not open 7 days but you would need to ring our office to find out the opening hours.
